Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States via the United States Postal Service. We also offer international shipping to Canada.
Orders placed with free shipping ship within 3-5 business days. Paid expedited shipping is also available.
Processing and Shipment Times
We charge you for the order at the time of purchase. Fulfilling and shipping the order takes 2-3 days after the time of purchase. Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent. You can also log in to your account at any time to check on the status of your order, get tracking numbers, and see past orders.
U.S. Shipping Options
Free Shipping: Orders with free shipping via the United States Postal Service are usually delivered in 2-5 days after their ship date depending on your location. Note that free shipping has a processing time of 3-5 days. Free shipping is only available in the United States.
Expedited: We offer expedited shipping via FedEx with shipping fees calculated at the time of purchase. We avoid UPS at all costs, as they encourage trophy hunting of endangered big cats by being the only shipping company to allow shipping of "trophies" to the U.S.
Wholesale: Please contact us for available wholesale order pricing options.
You may return or exchange your purchase* for any reason within 30 days of receipt. A five percent restocking fee is deducted from the purchase price.
Damaged or incorrect orders can be returned or exchanged for free within 14 days of receipt.

*Surprise Box purchases cannot be returned. Items damaged on arrival will be exchanged with an item of similar value.
